Orders and customer details

We currently accept orders for delivery within Pakistan. Please provide your correct name, phone number, email and complete delivery address. Review the product, quantity, payment option and total before submitting your order.

Contact us promptly if you notice an error in your order or delivery details. We will check whether it can be corrected before dispatch.

Prices, payment and delivery

Prices and checkout totals are shown in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The checkout displays the delivery charge and final total for your selected payment option.

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa advance payment: delivery is free. Follow the payment instructions provided with your order. Payment is checked manually, and dispatch takes place after payment has been confirmed.
• Cash on Delivery: pay when the order is delivered. The delivery charge is PKR 150 per order.

Products may be dispatched from different sellers and cities. Contact support with your order number for help with a delivery question.

Availability and order problems

If an item becomes unavailable or we discover an order or listing error that prevents us from fulfilling your order, we will contact you to explain the issue. If we cannot fulfil it, we will refund the amount you paid for the unfulfilled order or item, including any applicable delivery-charge adjustment. We will confirm the refund details with you.

Returns and refunds

Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy. It explains the 7-calendar-day request window for wrong, damaged or defective items, approved return delivery costs and refund processing. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct address and instructions.
